I am 25 years old, and was diagnosed with Factor Factor ix complex V Leiden Heterozygous in 2006. I had multiple clots Blood clots in my brain, and we believe I did have some in my arms as well. Hello all. I am reseraching Patau's Syndrome otherwise known as Trisomy Down syndrome 13 and I have a few questions about it that I would really appretiate getting an answer for. Does Trisomy Down syndrome 13 affect a certain race or gender more often? What protein is affected by Trisomy Down syndrome 13 and what is that proteins function? Any help would be much appretiated. I want to get pregnant and my mom carries the Incontinentia Incontinentia pigmenti on the leg Pigmenti genetic disease. My fiance was diagnosed with the genetic skin disease folliculitis. He has had it since he was a baby. We are trying to pregnant and are having no luck. We have been trying for over a year.I am wondering by having both of these come together, could it cause me not to get pregnant?
