Your presentations suggest you are having dysgeusia and dysesthesia of certain intraoral sites. It appears that there is no pathology identified. Possibly there are peripheral and central nervous dysfunction involved.
Pharmacologic management is probably helpful. Seeing an orofacial pain specialist is advised.
