Hi, I’m 17 and 5’4”. I have a few questions. (1)Which one is better for developing chest: (a) pushups or (b) bench press with 3 or 5 or 8 kg dumbbells? I ask this question because, in pushups, my whole bodyweight is used (60 kg) but for dumbbells, only 5 or 8 kg is used. Im trying to bulk up. Im 6'1" and I weight 160.. Probably take a couple so lets say 155??? My eating habits are not good being a college student and you know how that goes. Some days im only eating 1-2 maybe 3 meals a day before I crash. I was wondering what could help me gain healthy weight to build muscle without buying a gym membership quite yet? I know about carbs and vegs lean meat but just wondering if there was a alternative...
