2005 suzuki ozark 250 qud. rear brake sticking,the cable is not releasing. Answer Dan, take the cable off of the rear brake arm first. If the brake is still sticking, then the brake cam is probably frozen in the backing plate or there is something loose in the brake drum. With the cable disconnected, check to see if the cable is seizing up, as well, before reinstalling it on the brake arm. It may have broken strands internally or gotten rusted...

2001 Road King FHLRI

I need some help with adjusting throttle and idle cables. I have a 2001 Road King (FHLRI) with fuel injection. Cables where replaced with new originals from HD. Answer Go to the throttle cable and turn the adjuster on it just until you have slight play in the throttle grip. Tighten the locknut. Then go to the idle cable and tighten it until the slack is out of it and your good to go. Good luck and happy riding Mike

I read your expertise question and sorry but my bike is not any of the models listed.  Still I was hoping you could help me figure out an affordable solution with me.  I installed a KandN air filter and jetted my 2002 suzuki bandit 1200.  This got rid of this backfire that was happening on the intake side, i.e. before the intake valves closed.  It ran great.  But it was burning as much fuel as my...
