HELLO I would to no does cooked veggie spoil when left out with cooked turkey forgot to put  up   out over night Answer Hi Victoria, Cooked vegetables and meat need to be refrigerated for safety as they both are capable of supporting the growth of harmful bacteria when left at room temperature.  The problem is you can't see, taste or smell this kind of bacteria so you can't tell by tasting the food...
