I was involved in a car accident in June 2009. I was stopped at a red light and someone on there cell phone hit me they say at about 60 miles per hour. I have a total of 5 herniated disc and have had facet injections and had even had radiofrequency surgery done on my cervical spine which has helped with the headaches. As to my lumbar and lower spine I still have lots of pain and especially my lower back when i get adjusted really is hurtful....

QUESTION: Can you explain to me the risks of an aggressive SI joint adjustment?  Besides a severe ligament strain/sprain, can the joint be damaged?  Also, in one side posture manipulation, can the sacrum or pelvis move out of alignment?  I had one si joint manipulation on August 27th and am still not better.  I have been to other chiropractors and pt's and am worried that something is really wrong....

Hi, I've had the worst neck and upper shoulder/back pain for the past 2 days. I've always cracked my neck, I know it's bad, several times a day. The other day, I was walking while I cracked my neck; I'm pretty sure my head went to my right shoulder to pop the left side.
