As for flight time I have no idea. I am not looking at the resumes so I cant quite tell what has come in the door. In the past they have looked for. 1. FMS/Glass experience 2. 121/135 time 3. Turbine time From my understanding they are looking at the resumes that have pilot recomendations attached first. My advice to anyone who would like to work for Avantair is to submit your resume. If you dont submit it we are not going to call.....

I'm not sure why the glass time is so important. anyone who has flown 1800 RVR approaches on steam gauges, can do it on glass. It will only be easier. How would you be able to commute? I didn't think fractionals had any JS agreements.

Is there any word on how many resumes are coming in? I would assume with the current state of hiring in the industry, the number would easily be in the thousand's.
