Well, what should they expect? The Spanish Government knuckled under for the previous hijacking, so certainly the pirates are encouraged when they see a Spanish ship. Despite the utter lie told by the incompetent Vice President de la Vega (that the Government did not pay a ransome), there WAS a payoff and the world knows it! So much for honesty in Government, eh?

The international coalition who are patroling the redsea should kill these rats instead of freeing them when wanna be pirates caught with guns and boats on the sea. They don't want to take them to their countries and charge them so they let them go. So far they captured and let 335 pirates go on their way to hijack ships.
