2002 Headlight assembly
Published (2009-11-08 19:27:00)
I will need to disconnect the housing to remove the headlight. I don't plan to open that box but I think I need to unscrew the star screw to disconnect the box with high voltage label to be able to remove the headlight. Is this the same connection you're referring to? Thanks.

Well, the high voltage label applies to the HID Ballast that's part of your headlight system. As long as you don't disconnet the ballast-to-headlight bulb connection, you should be fine!

Removing the Dashboard of RSX
Published (2009-11-04 19:22:00)
Hi. I have an '02 Acura RSX Type-S and I'm pretty sure there is a disc jammed in the 6 disc CD changer. The CD player won't come on at all, just the radio. I'm thinking I will need to remove the dash and try to get the CD out. I don't know how to take the dash off, it's a little confusing. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

Published (2009-11-04 15:13:00)
Mike, My 96 TL has the same minor annoying problem. Exactly in the same area. I have been trying to find the exact source which seem to be coming from a point between the instrument panel & the left air conditioner/heater vent. Am about to try silicon spray every place I can get to. Sincerely, Michael

Back seat covers
Published (2009-11-09 12:41:00)
Anyone know of a good place to get seat covers for the back seat of a 2010 TL? The dog can't come in the car until I find a well made, well fitting cover. Thanks

Distributor leaking....
Published (2009-11-09 20:00:00)
I have a 1994 Integra Ls and I have an oil leak where the distributor cap meets the distributor itself. to try and fix this problem, I replaced the o-ring and replaced the cap along with the cap seal but it still seems to leak. Should there even be oil in the distributor itself? and would it be best to get a new distributor or is there a chance I installed the o ring wrong or something? Or is there another seal that I do now know of? any help...

help with my 03 acura 1.7 EL
Published (2009-11-12 21:06:00)
I just took my 02 Acura EL in for a software update. The service rep said it had something to do with cold starts... maybe, just maybe it could be related to your issue? I don't know. Ask them to do a VIN check to see if there are any recalls or bulletins on your car.

TL noise from behind instrument pannel I have a 2005 TL with Nav, on colder days there is a rattling sound coming from behind the dash, sounds like it's coming from behind the instrument pannel. It sounds like something is loose. The noise started out about 6 months ago, but it was barely noticible, today it is definetly noticible and very...
