How to Make Chicken Skin

Here's a method I've not seen before. http://www.thedeliciouslife.com/ove...d-chicken-skin/ Apparently, chicken skin is the "bacon" of 2010.

That chicken skin looked gross--IMO not nearly cooked enough or crispy enough looking. It still looked fairly undercooked. If you're eating chicken skin it needs to be BROWN and crunchy. Not pale and wiggly looking

I love tuna salad and eat it frequently...especially as a tuna melt. Are you sure you can't taste the sardines? If that's true I might try it. One more thing...what's wrong with soybean oil? I don't eat soybeans in any form because I'm allergic, but I love my Hellman's mayo and don't have any reaction to the oil.

BLT Wraps Bacon or Turkey Bacon, Tomatoes and Mayo on Cabbage Leaves – fell in love with them over the weekend when looking for something tasty and lo and behold – fulfills my need for something crunchy as well! Cabbage leaves may be difficult to separate into nice leafy sections but even the smaller leaves made nice BLT snack pieces. Yum!
