You need to pay attention to the amount your consuming as well as benefits/nutritional value. For me eating a ribeye steak is delicious. Its a fatty piece of meat that I have no issues with. But when it...

QUOTE (want2beme @ Nov 24 2009, 04:41 PM) so how much you guys chugging exactly I'm just doing like maybe a third of a cup to start? I just do it once every morning. I eat extremely well (100% organic, NO sugar whatsoever, drink a gallon of distilled water daily), so my urine doesn't smell bad. It tastes kind of odd, but not nearly as terrible as you'd think. I just hold my breath and chug water after.

Someone brings this up every few months, and sorry, there are always plenty of acne sufferers here who are not skinny/have a high metabolism. I myself have nearly always been a size or two larger than I should be and yet had severe oily skin and acne.

I know, that name really is awesome. Even more awesome than Bullet (the product was a piece of shit though). But every independent review I've seen for the Ninja praise it, and say how well it works, so I should probably order it too. This post has been edited by Jërëmÿn : Today, 02:03 PM

QUOTE (OntheRun @ Nov 19 2009, 01:19 AM) QUOTE (Shadow Yoshi @ Nov 18 2009, 12:24 AM) A little over a week ago, I started eating a sufficient amount of green vegetables daily. Prior to that, my diet was very deficient in green vegetables, albeit otherwise my diet was fairly healthy. The addition to green vegetables was the only modification I have made towards what I'm eating, and yet since I've...

Rice milk, almond milk, and hemp milk are all good. Trader Joe's also makes a grain drink that is a good substitute in things like pancakes and cereal, I've found. As far as other dairy substitutes, I like coconut milk a lot in both kefir and ice cream. You don't have to eliminate chocolate entirely- a bit of dark chocolate (70% or higher) is actually good for you, and a lot more ...

from what i've heard... Kefir. But you've gotta make it yourself, the store bought stuff isn't as beneficial or healthy. Just FYI, here's some numbers to keep in mind: Yogurt, depending on the quality, will have anywhere from a few million to a few billion live and active bacteria. Probiotic capsules will contain anywhere from a few hundred million to a few hundred billion live and ...

QUOTE (eccentricpuzzle @ Nov 25 2009, 01:01 PM) I wanted to drink it in my vitamin powder drink (Powder and Chocolate soy milk). I can't swallow pills, it's all psychological. I won't die or anything, right? Anyone happen to know what it may taste like? ha, you're funny. I take the EPO pills too. I would just hold the capsule over the container (cup) and pierce it with a sewing...

QUOTE (Brahms @ Nov 25 2009, 02:46 PM) I recently started using a website called fitday.com which lets you enter all the foods you eat each day and then tells you the ratio of fat, carbs, and protein, as well as the amount vitamins and minerals you're getting. Since there's a lot of discussion about low-carb diets and low-fat diets, etc., using this tool could be helpful to track ...

QUOTE (crickets @ Nov 23 2009, 08:46 PM) Modern science proves that urine is a miracle cure for any ailment. Doctors know it, scientists know it, the government knows it. They withhold the truth from society and tell people lies like "it is dangerous" because pee is FREE. No one would be sick and doctors and pharmecutical companies would go out of business. The entire world would be...

Been using MGN for a few months, and I love it. Tastes fantastic, pretty decent profile and very inexpensive. Tried chocolate, chocolate mint, strawberry and ice cream sandwich (which is cookies and cream, and gets bland after a while in water), and they're all delicious Small tubs, I'll stick to Bodybuilding.com (I prefer to support them anyway), but if someone wants to make a bulk order ...

I have been reading up on flushes in general lately. From what I have researched, it's recommended to flush your colon first. Otherwise, toxins can continue to build up in the colon. I'm currently colon cleansing with bentonite clay. You can get it in liquid, powder or pill form. I'm using liquid form. Like fiber, it attracts toxins and is not digested. You need to drink plenty of water ...

I never feel left out, and yes i've declined many food offers. Over time I just stopped caring about what people thought, and ate what I wanted because I knew it was best. Some people will understand you, some not, but what's important is you eat what you want. It's not that hard when you know it's the right thing to do. For me, eating junk food is what's hard, and I feel sick at the ...

QUOTE (bojanglesk8 @ Nov 17 2009, 09:58 PM) Maybe all we need to do is just stop consuming animal fats/cholesterol? Sebum is, afterall, made from those fats and cholesterols and can only get those materials from the foods we put in our bodies... A tangerine is basically just water and sugar and a little thin sac and vitamins. No way the body can produce sebum from that... This ...
