I actually apply make up sometimes, and im a guy. it makes me feel, sometimes, like its not half as bad or noticeable.

Depending on the lighting and type of mirror, it can distort your view of yourself. I don't think avoiding all mirrors is necessary, but maybe give yourself a casual glance and move on. Plus, stand about 6 inches to a foot away from the mirror. That is how almost everybody perceives you. We tend to zoom in and fixate on a particular feature and that's simply not what most people see. They see the big picture; you in your entirety.

Feeling good today.. ones of nose arn't going to form completely and I changed out my 10% for 2.5 so i can wear it without the massive redness.. also got a 10% bp wash which makes me feel good.

It's not too bad these days; a few cysts on my cheeks but that's it; they've filled with pus by now and will soon go away on its own.

I feel that way sometimes; if we do have kids the best thing to do is coach them from an early age on proper diet/skincare/acne prevention so, although they may have been genetically wired to get quite severe acne, the perfect lifestyle would have dramatically prevented a lot of acne.

If you only have a couple pimples you are extremely fortunate. Spot treat it with benzoyl peroxide and it will disappear; you could also use a concealer.

avoiding mirrors when lighting is harsh lol my skin doesnt look that bad in favourable lighting but in harsh lighting looks completely terrible i like never look at myself anymore in harsh lighting haha besides that just trying different products, so i know im doing something proactive hopefully i get accutane soon and that fixes me up tho cos i've tried alot..
