Thanx everyone for your words of Encouragement! I will just keep plugging along and building up my stockpile as well as my coupons and one day I will be able to report a lower OOP pocket for a higher amount on my grocery bill. Thanx again and Everyone have a Happy and Safe Holiday!

Good job. Don't freak out now . You don't want high blood pressure. Do smaller trips if you are more afraid of your totals. That way you can calculate in advance what your oop is and that way you won't miss any because huge loads like that coupons usually get lost in there/stuck together.
