Try unplugging the printer for a few hours, or a day, and then replug. This is usually caused by a scrambled EPPROM or RAM, and the firmware needs to reset. If you notice there is a sensor just below the roller (clear plastic) where the paper is detected and sent on to the transfer belt then fuser rollers.
