great price . but the volume problem has been issued to humax, and i am not sure what they will do. but it is recormended that you leave the volume on the humax at full and controll the volunme using the tv. enoying yes i know. so you have done nothing wrong an update was sent over the air but finnished yesterday at 10 am so sadly you missed it, this was to stop the fan working at full ...

Hi I have the Humax 9300T PVR It has a lot of good features and stylish compared to some ugly beasts It has HDMI output so would suit your purpose The only issue is most PVR's output Digital Stereo To make use of 5.1 system speakers you would set it to Dolby Prologic 11 for Surround output BigCam

Is the Humax 9200 really only a £100 these days. I thought it was only £20 or so less than the Topfield 5800
