With that budget (and a bit more ), I would look at the Denon 1910 and a set of Q-Acoustics. It wouldn't be 7.1 but you can always add a pair of 1010's later to make it so. To be honest, I would spend the budget on a better 5.1 system rather than a budget 7.
1 one.

What is your budget?
A well regarded budget speaker package to partner the Onkyo would be the Tannoy SFX 5.1 for £200 (can get the FX version for £150 if budget is tight). If have a little more money then upgrading to the Q Accoustics 1010i set is well worth the £350 they cost. You will then need a bluray player which could be a PS3 or a
standalone player (Sony and Panasonic both do ones around...

I believe you've the STDH800 and not the 820? The STRDG820 has no S-AIR port.
If you have only a 5.1 speaker configuration, don't use the back to channels to power speakers or to bi-amp the front speakers with, then you can use the back two speaker terminals to power a
second set of front L and R speakers with. You have to configure the amps setting accordingly to be able to do this and if ...

The 365 cannot process audio over HDMI, it will pass it through untouched to the display. You need to look at the 465, Onkyo 507 and Sony
820 for HDMI audio. Those three are about the cheapest current models at present. Have a look at toneuk's thread elsewhere for some bargains.
If you go with the 365, you will need the additional optical cable from the PS3. If you have Sky+HD, will you ...
