6th Jan Meeting

According to my barclays trading account, there is a meeting of ASG creditors on 6th January. Hopefully this will set forth the actions to be taken to bring the company's shares back to market. Despite this, some documents have been forwarded to a law firm I have contacted. Given the conversations I have had, there appears to be an action here. I will post more as I receive feedback and will also wait to see any news following this...

Just a note to confirm I'm still following this thread and interested in how things play out. Unfortunately, I don't really have any contacts or info to add to the party and no experience in the legal area, but Vostok - I think you have my e-mail, so let me know when you get to a position of having costs and some idea of the relative chances of success. Nice work vostok. I am very confused as to what may be taking place here, esp if assets are sold. The RNS stated that the Board will be updating shareholders with an Investing Policy. Who are the Board?? Haven't Gary Truman and Jamie Ball already departed? To not cancel the shares makes me wonder that with the asset sales bringing in such a low amount, the likes of Neo and Harris would not...

All, I am still making enquiries as to how best to proceed with this. Following a very interesting discussion with a law firm last week, they were very interested in this case and have said while the company has been liquidated, redress may be sought from the directors or possibly Neo (as they were part of the Board). I am in the process of putting together a chornology of events for this ...
