I thought it was
great exhibition as well and would recommend it to any one who can make it. As bad a rap as Detroit gets the DIA is a world class Art institute.

I saw a thread on photo.net where he categorically denied digital manipulation... but he also stated that he will not reveal his "
trade secrets". All he said was that his process was "very manual" and caused him to miss many opportunities.

I especially enjoyed "Sunday Morning Walk" on Baker Beach. That's where St. Ansel was born and raised, if I remember his autobiography correctly. It's also where he broke his nose during the Great
Earthquake of 1906. I had always assumed that area was carpeted with condos by now.
Very engaging images. Wish my XA could make photos like those...

Incredible. I've also been curious about that one for a long time. I think it may be on Netflix, but I seem to be having some login trouble over there at the moment.

My first thought
at the opening scene was "Brrr!" Then I thought, where can I find an assistant, ha, ha. It's time to break out the down jackets here anyway.
Very nice clip, thanks for posting it.
