Currently 32.9 percent of Americans pay zero or negative taxes. Under Obama's plan, that number would increase to 46.7 percent. My thoughts on this....it SUCKS!

Its exciting!!! We're heading into the home stretch. All of the candidates are hitting the campaign trail, giving interviews, asking questions from the media, appearing on news shows . . . except Gov. Palin. Obama, McCain, and Biden are all appearing on interview shows this Sunday to answer questions from the press. What is missing from this picture? Ms. Palin. She won't be on Meet the ...

I don't care who you vote for, this is funny You've got to love our older Veterans . This man, 73, wears a protective flap over his ear while Senator Ted Kennedy, Barack O'Bama, and Hilary Clinton address the Veterans of Foreign Wars. I wish...

The propaganda arm of neocons, FOX, is spewing yet another smear.....They are "reporting" that the flags waved by republicns in Co. Springs during a McCain rally, were actually "rescued" from Denver from democrats who irresponsibly discarded the flags during the DNC convention........ IF....and I repeat...IF you are both a republican and still thinking on your own....you too would conclude...

My Dad made his final change of station move a couple of days ago. It seems so long ago now, and it seems like it is just happening. Things are confusing but he asked me to pass on some information here. This isn't a place I would normally come to, and it is not I place I will return to but I promised Dad I would pass on some stuff he thought some people might want to know. I've read through ...

In her speech on Wednesday, Sarah said she was on her way to the White House. The Vice President doesn't live there. The Vice President also presides over the Senate, which does not meet at the White House. Sarah seemed a tad confused about which office she is seeking. But then, she also said Harry Truman was a Republican. from a well esteemed fellow poster

"On Wednesday, the nastiest night of the week, Mr. McCains running mate, Sarah Palin, and other speakers offered punch lines, rather than solutions for this countrys many problems ridiculing the Washington elite (of which most were solid members) and Barack Obama. 'Al Qaeda terrorists still plot to inflict catastrophic harm on America, and hes worried that someone wont read them their...

Political stances and policies always have unexpected consequences... Governor Palin has longa dvocated that no sex education classes should be part of the schools' curricula.....and, obviously, sex education was ALSO not advocated in the Palin's home.... No one should blame Bristol for her unexpected pregnancy.....but good ol' mom does have some "'s'plaining" to do before the ...

The latest item off the internetz [sic] is a picture of an American flag bikini-clad, gun-totting Sarah Palin hanging with the hair band set down at the local swimming hole. It's like a poster for Walmart. And it's fake. I did some pretty fancy investigative reporting and followed a trail of links that started on Twitter and took me to this site , which eventually led me to this . ...

This explains exactly WHY McCain picked her: Sarah Palin on Energy & Oil Get ANWR open I believe in protecting Alaska's environment through fair enforcement of our environmental laws. Having a clean record on environmental regulation is critical to getting ANWR open and maintaining our ...

I am not happy with John McCain's choice of Sarah Palin. I am a liberal and an Obama supporter. However, I think that the pregnancy of Palin's daughter should be off limits for criticism. We are living in the 21st Century, not the Victorian era. This is not a scandal; it is about a future mother and her baby and should not be used politically.

Poor, poor, delusional McCain.... He abandoned any "maverick" status when he embraced Cheney-Bush....for the sake of the elusive GOP "base"... Now, envious and eager to get a few female votes, he has chosen Palin....who, concievably, can be the "heart-beat away" of running the US super-power, counting on her NRA membership, sports reporting, mayoral stint in Wasilla (population 9,...

NATIVE AMERICANS HATE PALIN She is about as evil as they come. She moved entire tribes from their land giving oil companies the right of passage thru Native Land. She has authorized aerial wolf hunts with no kill limits She has passed only bills for oil complanies to do as they please and anytime they wish. She fires anyone around her whom says no to her. This was the ...

Wow what a snorer. Such enthusiasm, wow. ROFL.Poppy Bush looks like he'd rather be anywhere than there. Not clapping too hard at Jr's speech. Something for you to think about. We're all human and we're all Americans. Why shouldn't our tax dollars go towards the betterment of the lives of the people of this country?

...denounce the baseless and sexist attacks being aimed at Governor Palin and her 16 year old daughter. These attacks are disgusting and a prime example of the old attack oriented style of politics Senator Obama has regularly taken issue with. He should immediately move to put some distance between himself, his running mate, and those who seek to utilize such horrible tactics.
