Don't forget that broker note. The broker will be way more positive now that AFC has this cash behind it, there won't be comments of concern over cash levels and dilution as in the last note.

PS the B9 Coal website has the pictures back on it so this should remove the fears about copyrights etc. http://b9coal.co.uk/ Nothing new on the site yet but I will be watching that space closely because, regardless of timeframes, I think that an official announcement about the tie with AFC could help to restore the SP a little.

That might be an issue, perhaps i was a bit harsh, sorry if so. That issue appears after the 10th, what i meant it is not a reason of decrease now ! The volume is much to less for that and i think we might or would have seen anyway a side trading in the range of 10 / 10.50 to 12 depending on sells or buys. Besides i do not think that investors who boughts into this finance will sell at a 2 p win, as those where a kind of chosen investors....

Hi Stocasity - as I said in response to your original posting - 1.5 million shares trading hands means 1.5 million shares sold regardless as to how the individual trades might be officially classified by the MM's. The fact that the share price didn't move at all during this high volume period indicates someone was quite happy to sell at around 12 pence. What the hey, several hundred thousand shares (and counting) sold just today off...

Good point Mikemine. I can't seen any cash from deals forthcoming until the 50KW system is built and proven; as a customer, why would one pay anything before hand? Perhaps the £1m licensing deal from W2T will materialse but then again since gasification is the first stage in their process, I should think money they get will be going to AlterNRG to build the gasification plant first. Once that is up and running, they will raise...

The discount for CFU was huge and the potential dilution if you didn't subscribe very high. AFC placing was very close to market price.

The quote from the RNS worrys me a bit. It seems to say that they are banking on other sources to make up the money they need to see them through to commercialisation. If this the case, unless they know something we don't, I'd say this was a gamble. If the placing was sufficient for the job why include this paragraph? "The placing when combined with projected sales, licensing, grant income and other commercial opportunities...

There is another article about the placing. You need to subscribe to http://www.wesrch.com/ to get the brief summary below (free) but then subscribe to New Energy Finance (not free) to read more which I have not done:

Veracity,
A very cynical thought process indeed but certainly possible all the same.
Obviously I hope you are wrong.

Well Veracity, sorry to say so, this comment really disqualifies you. That is for shure not the reason for the decrease in price with this law sells volumes. You should rethink about this comment really , as i respected your posts until yet. with sells of a few 10000 shares, that is shurely no dilution, besides the buying price is at a level, where no one would sell shares invested at within this...

The website developer Oliver Borders said "This has also led to work for another green energy company called B9 coal, who's website is www.b9coal.com which is at the moment just a holding page I created. This project requires a slight rebrand and full website for which I am finalising a brief with the client."
So it looks like the rebrand/full site is under way.

I have now read the CPI report three times. Below are my top picks from it and my reasons why they indicate AFC stock is a raging buy.
This bit tells me that the non-platinum electrodes must be up to a spec high enough to use commercially, hence they have been able to drop platinum completely:

kiki09, I saw that yesterday as I went to click on 'discussion' but that tab had moved and I wondered why. It's handy for newcomers but not so much use for regular readers here, as all the news items get posted anyway. What that tab will miss is thinks like the B9 COAL website, the CPI review document and the mentions of AFC/waste2tricity/B9 on websites that do not appear in a news search. I ...

I did multi-post on AFC,NTOG, CFU,MTA,GKP,VIY and a couple of others. Other ...
