I'm 20, but I've already got a new knee and most recently a bad back (herniated disc). Not exactly headed in the right direction. I would say this most recent trip to the ER changed things a little, though. I don't remember anything (well, I remember waking up that morning, then waking up in the hospital with a neck brace on 24 hours later), but my fiancée was with me the entire time, and the...

If you are seriously looking for work and going around filling out job applications hoping for an interview or a call back, leave the bike home. Although it wouldn't bother me in the least, your choice of transportation could affect your chances of landing a job and in these times why risk it? Just my opinon, but you asked. On the other hand you can always say fuck it and show up ...

"Don't you need something bigger than a 650?" Well, no I don't, insomuch that larger engines do not automatically guarantee measurably longer frames or taller seat heights. That's why I settled on the DR and simply had Corbin build me a thicker seat. If frame and seat heights were truly and consistently proportinate to engine size ( how I wish! ) I'd be riding high on a Bandit 1200. As it is,...

Once you discount those, I'd bet the number of motorcyclists truly dependent exclusively on their bikes is extremely small. I went through just over a year when the bike truly was my ...
