I'm 18.... this has never happened before with other fish oils. The one I'm taking is high in DHA and low in EPA... it could either be because of this, or because I took 1400mg total (vs 1000mg max) i usually take... I'm cutting it down to half to see if it will get better. I've been taking fish oil (100%EPA, 500 mg (VEGEPA)) for a month before, and that has never happened... so i know its not due to stress / puberty related.

Okay, let me finish some of my thots, and provide additional links to what I mentioned above. I learned something new today about GMP registration: "This is a Registration by NSF International that this company is in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as set forth in NSF/ANSI Standard 173-2008, Dietary Supplements, Section 8. These requirements are consistent with the published GMP regulation for dietary supplements as...

Ok, I am absolutely POSITIVE this is helping! I am not having any crash that I notice at all, even after 8+ hours since taking my med. I don't know WHY, I know this is found in food and unless a person is deficient in it, it shouldn't make any difference. But I am like 95% certain that it is helping! Maybe I was deficient in it.

Balance fitness home training...
Published (2009-12-19 00:25:00)
For Balance fitness I would definitely suggest trying the balance board... that is If your looking for balance fitness to improve athleticism. It is a pretty tricky piece of equipment for someone who is not apt to things like wakeboarding or surfing etc... There are also inflatable balance balls that can be very good for improving core balance, but I'm sure your aware of them?? Also it sounds funny but try just standing on one foot...

I don't think so. I started taking fish oil daily 2 months ago. My face cleared right up and my hair and nails are healthier. Are you taking too much? Are you taking a brand with other additives? My brother-in-law is a dermatologist, I will ask him about this tomorrow, if I remember LOL. Good question. May I ask how old you are? Maybe that has something do with your acne flair up. I never had ...

Its pretty expensive for what is in it. It's full of vitamin Bs and those you can get for 1/4-1/3 the price. There is not enough L-theanine (25 mg) to do any good. In larger amounts, it has a calming effect. I take it on occasion for anxiety (200 mg). Green tea leaf extract doesn't do anything for ADHD symptoms; however it is known as an antioxidant. DMAE has mixed results with users....

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I have a question regarding supplements. I was put on Adderall 6 months ago for ADD. Unfortunately, I was recently laid off and from my job and lost my health benifits. I really need to find some type of over the counter supplment to help with my ADD. I know that none will have an effect like the Adderall did, but anything is something. Im sure a...

I hope it works well for you. I wouldn't have bought it. I would never by any product from a website that doesn't have an address,or phone number listed. I would always Google a few things, first, even if they did have a phone. In the "testimonials",one doctor cannot be found. My MD at the free health Center nearby has 5 entries. The other MD can be found. Dr Fred Starr. He ...

I took the krill for a while in exchange for the one I take now. I take them when I remember. Some people take them at night if they get fish burps when they take them during the day. I don't think it matters otherwise, as it is something that builds up in your system anyways for it to reach its fullest effects.
