On a different subject, can anyone recommend good songs/playlists for sprints? Something to really get you going? I've used so many I am getting sick of them.

It's crazy but I put Rocky's "eye of the tiger" on my ipod a few weeks ago. The first time it came on and I was running I got a big rush of energy!!!! Now I make sure it will be coming on. I also have a lot of disturbed on mine, but I've had those on my playlist so long they don't effect me anymore.

Any Slipknot song will get you going. If you've never heard of them or not familiar with this type of music, you are in for a treat!!

Nine Inch Nails would be another good choice.

He seems to butt into the music and tell you to continue every time you want to slow down.
