When riding at speed the temperature should be around 172-175
degrees Fahrenheit, depending on how hot the outside temperature. At slower speeds (like your 30mph) I think I've gotten up to 195 before too. The fan is supposed to kick in at around 220. Unless I just had a brain fart and completely forgot how my bike works, 85-90 wouldn't even be considered warm yet. Someone chime in please...

you can burp as many times as needed but this is how i do it for cars, same for bikes i think and i giving this instructions to someone else on here, not sure if he used it but he fixed his problem soon after i posted
1: open
radiator cap
2: start bike
3: let it warm up till the fan come on
4: while its warming up. add coolant as needed
5: once fans are on give it 30 seconds, add coolant as ...

Are you testing the coolant temp? or aiming to gun on the radiator ?

Unfortunate, You have to get the entire assembly. Because it comes pre calibrated from honda. You are not suppose to
mess around with TPS. That is why there a red substance covering the screws.
It there for tampering measure.
