Lucky me, I have both. I get tingling around my lips from citrus food but I can eat it with no ill effects, upset stomach or Aztech two-step. However I am also allergic to shell fish, MSG, Spud White (cousin to MSG) and have to be careful with food combining: certain foods together will trigger a violent upset stomach and/or allergic reaction.
