I have store brand Strawberries (from Walmart) and mixed berries (from the grocery store) and the ingredients say "strawberries" and "blueberries, raspberries and blackberries"...and thats it. No water, no salt, no sugar, no preservatives. Just the fruit. As long as you don't buy frozen pie filling or something that is a dessert glaze or something it should be just the fruit. FYI: A store-brand bag of...

As soon as my strawberries are gone, I will purchase the frozen ones. I suppose you have to be very careful not to purchase ones that have sugar added. Can you recommend what brand you purchase? This is great news, because the fresh strawberries I purchased are barely ripe!!!

Ok, everybody - let's gear up for a week of temptation!! I am sure that there will be a lot of holiday parties, work treats, and food temptation galore. I am going to pack an extra HNS, chocolate meal-replacement bar as my "shield" against temptation this week. Best wishes everyone for focus on our goals ... WE CAN DO IT!! **NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD, AS THIN (HEALTHY) FEELS!**

I had my food instruction class yesterday and they started me on the Metaslim (yellow) menu. I like that it tells you exactly what and how much you can have. I don't do well if I have to many choices. WWDT, did you make it to food instruction. If not maybe they can talk to you over the phone. I had a one on one food instruction class because I could not make the regular class. Don't be afraid to ask for phone or email help. They...

I'm with you girl.... I don't know what to say. I have no explaination as to WHY I felt it was ok to eat those doritos; but oops they fell into my mouth and I couldn't stop chewing. I even stole a few fries from my kid's happy meal but spit them out before I committed to it. I don't know what to do to make it stop. It's ok during the week, but on the weekends... i'm in ...

Hello not going to give up.
I haven't been doing this for long but here are somethings I have heard at my center and have read on these boards.
-Are you staying OP at every meal? Have you been cheating a bit?
-Are you mixing proteins? Like having meat with cheese etc.
*One of the consultants told me not to do this because meat and cheese are two different ...

First of all... congrats! Getting married is exciting. The best advise I can suggest is to jump right in, don't delay. Take each day as it comes and start by trying to make it through one day on plan, and then the next, and then the next... and so on. Challenge yourself to make it through without cheating and once you do, the next day do it again but then remind yourself that ...

There are lots of us that only WI once a week (like me) and it will be just fine. AS far as the classes go, they are beneficial, but unless you run into a specifc reason to attend one, you'll survive without them as well. ...
