CJ - Christmas in Key West sounds wonderful. Key West is near the top of the list for our next travels. I'm not complaining about our winter cruise though - anywhere warm for me in winter is great. Mariam - welcome back - can't wait to check out your pictures. Ags - baby steps - you will release those pounds by staying steadfast in the good choice making department. Friday -20 min. Walk -30 mins. Wii EA Sports Active -15 mins. Yoga Personal Total: 90 + 65 = 155/2,000 mins. Group Total: 695 + 65 = 760 mins.

Good morning ladies..today i did a 90 minute workout i did 2 leslie sansone 3 mile walks and my mom made a suggestion to me that she thinks will help push me thru this plateau that i seem to be in right now and i've been thinking about it and i have decided that i am going to do my circuit training every 3rd day instead of every other day and concentrate on doing more cardio workouts on the other days so i am going to start doing that...

850 + 90 = 940 Shoveled for an hour and a half, and it is still snowing. It's was up to my hips on the side of the building. On the bright side, I burned 1200 calories.

judy- do you use your flex points each week? I have some say they use them all and others say they lose much better when they dont use them. I used 8 today...not as good as I hoped but hubby got the wrong sandwich for me at lunch and it was 4.5 points higher than the one I wanted. I also ate a bit more of the crust on my pot pie tonight than I planned on. It was still a good food day overall!!

Hiya ladies, I am still around but also struggling at the moment, my doctor recently told me after a load of blood tests, that I am hypothyroid and maybe have been for some time, its an auto immune thyroiditis, so now taking thyroxine and hoping it will help. Very very tired and up and down in mood. Scale was up a few pounds, but not been on track so not really suprised, not changing ticker as need a few days on track to see what my weight...

Hi ladies... Today my niece and nephew were over. My sisters hubby has cellulitous ( i know im spelling it wrong) He went dear hunting with his dad and they think he got a bite and it got infected. He got a fever and now it has spread with a few more bumps. It brings back when I had my MRSA UGH! They are suppose to be leaving on Tuesday to his grandma funeral. What a mess. I got my Christmas tree up and my manger. That is all I am doing this...

I don't know about the thyroid issues, but perhaps Atkins just wasn't for you. I've never done well with ' all you can eat' programs that tell you not to worry about the calories. I've decided that I have screwed up hunger signals. I've rarely eaten from boredom and/or stress. So, for me, calorie counting works out best. I do still try and keep my protein levels up, but other than that I ...

Welcome to a new week. I had a couple of overeating days and faced the scale this morning. It was up a pound or so. Yesterday was MUCH better, and I need to come up with a plan for today. But I feel a lot more confident already that I can do what I need to.
