it has a vanolia in it though i think the cb750 is better suited. currently the vanolia is sitting about 6mm down in the bore so the compression is low but I think it would be too high if it was all the way to the top. I think it has an ignition problem, it wouldnt rev properly but it was thrown together in 1 day so there is bound to be issues.

I just picked up a mint, one owner 1986 ATC125 (the one with the new motor) and it did not come with a front or rear racks. Just wondering if the racks from a 84-85 ATC125M will bolt to the 1986 model. Anyone have any pics of the 1986 model with racks? Thanks,

Welcome to the board. The choke is off when it is fully open. That's the position it should be in when you are riding.

Its 4x110mm. It used to be Honda's bolt pattern but it seems that many of the other manufacturers have adopted it as well. John

Anyone know exactly what piston is used for the 300 kit? I thought there was a 330 kit for the tecate and you could stroke it to a 350? Could be all wifes tales?

Yea after a long time I finaly got to this point, its not punched out does have the long rod later crank conversion, hence the spacer plate on the cylinder, but it does have some serious porting done to it... I think the last owner said 89mph in 3rd? and it was geared low? sounds like it can tote its weight well enough!
