Agree with your that there is a complete lack of clear information re broadband sims on what is what etc. A simple website saying this is what you can do with T-MOBILE, O2 etc etc without the animated 18 year old wet behind the ears call centre employee would be ideal.

A similar problem has been mentioned in O2's forums by someone porting from T-Mobile to O2, so I guess it's T-Mobile's problem and you're definitely not the only one (if it's any consolation)!

Has anyone tried to port out from TMobile over the last week or so, and had the number get "stuck" in the system? I'm trying to port to Orange, and they say TMobile haven't released about 2000 numbers or so...

I'd like to post some interesting information regarding PAYG mobile broadband as this thread below may or maya not contain misleading info http://www.3g.co.uk/3GForum/showthread.php?t=88472 according to the T-Mobile process CSA's follow, you cannot switch price plans from a PAYG voice to PAYG broadband if anyone here works for T-Mobile and has access to the process, can you just ...

I got my G1 on Thursday and already I have decided to send it back. I am so disappointed! I really liked android market and the functionality it brought but was disappointed with the following: battery life really not good, even with gps and wifi turned off no functionality to forward a text message keyboard is only input method I am absolutely gutted but I can't keep it without the...

I'm about to be a new customer to T-Mobile, I've read the complaints about them on here, but all networks get these kind of complaints in the end. I'm taking an 18 month contract out with T-Mobile for the Samsung Omnia. At the end of it, when I decide to upgrade, will they give me a line rental discount AND a new free phone? Or just one of them? Is it the same for all networks? ...

Tried to buy a G1 (£25pcm, £50 for the phone) on the T-Mobile website this morning. After a couple of hours, I get an email saying "Unfortunately, because of your credit status we are unable to offer you a pay monthly phone." Looked at my credit file - October 2003, a late payment to T-Mobile (was coming to the end of the contract, they told me I could cancel the DD, turned out I hadn't...

Today I picked up a brand new MDA Vario III as the one I had became water damaged. This phone is brand new and has not even be switched on. I don't want the MDA Vario III anymore as I've decided that Pocket PC's are not my thing. The price I'm setting is £320 because it comes with many accessories. For images of what my old MDA Vario III looks like with the Siedo Super Slim case, then ...

I have an E220 usb modem for my laptop however i travel infrequently so i want a pay per day tariff for the occasions i may need it, not a rolling monthly/weekly tarrif. the pay per day usb broadband (£2 per day) looks ideal for me...

My dad ported his number from O2 to T-Mobile a few months. When he called them I was standing right next time him and they told me his O2 service would be terminated once the port was complete. For some reason my dad had two numbers even after the port date. When he made outgoing calls it would show a new T-Mobile number not his ported number even after the port date. However, if you called ...
