Yes, thats exactly it Robbijay. Orange don't have a complaints department because we think (sat there in our huge tropical, overseas offices sat on thrones made from money and the skulls of 02 and Vodaphone employees) that if we make a complaints procedure too difficult then customers don't complain. The complaints goes like this. CSR -> Team Leader -> CSM (which no-one will ever speak to because it will never get...

hi, thanks for the response csr, issues resolved. the data package did not start when the new contract started ?, this was never explained to me. orange have apologised and cancelled the charge. however it took three different csr's to work it out. no explaination why the password was changed. i am rather saddened by the thought that some of the people at orange i spoke with, inc supervisors and tech team, have no idea...

Unsure what to do
Published (2009-01-03 20:42:00)
I'm not sure if this is is to do with Orange, but it's worth a shot. I tried to buy a game from Orange's internet, and paid £5 for it. It then decided the game couldn't install without giving me a reason. When I went back to the page to try to reinstall the game I'd already paid for, it told me it could not access the page, and now continues to do that. So basically, I've given away £5 with nothing in return and...

Hi, all this is first time post so please be gentle. I just rang up Orange to see when my contract expires (sometime Nov/Dec), so that I could upgrade my phone (currently have the SE K850i - so you can see why I want rid asap). The person on the end of the phone said that it was changed to 18 months last year when I upgraded. This is absolute rubbish, I always specifically say I only want 12...

Just taken out a new contract with orange well in august, including internet conection, about a week later I had a problem with my internet connection at home, I thought well have been advised that 4 mb is more than enough for a monthly use so I connected my PC via the mobile phone to the internet. I used this for about 4-5 nights. Then on the 15th of September 2008 I received a first bill for ...

My Blackberry stopped working last Friday at lunchtime. I telephoned Orange and told them the problem. There was a message on the screen saying "SIM Not Allowed:3" . I was told someone would phone me back from their technical department.. No one phone by 4pm so I telephoned again, having once again to explain what was wrong. I was then told that it can take up to 24hrs to get a reply and someone ...

Phone Orange, say you cracked your screen. They will apply INsurance on your account, costing you £6 a month + admin fee when making a claim. Once its applied, your phone will be replaced next working day.

Hi, I subscribed £5 to the Mix pack 2 today to watch Eurosport. I bookmarked the page and watched about 30 minutes in 10-15 minute chunks, checked my balance and I'm down from £10.01 to £3.34 - I have not looked at any other pages apart from channels on the Mix 2 pack and the check my balance page. I would have expected my balance to go from £10.01 to £5.01 - but where is the rest going? ...

I'm 7 months into an 18 month contract with Orange and am now on my 3rd faulty handset (Sony Ericsson W890i). The phone switches itself off in approximately 1 in every 3 calls and it is hugely irritating. The buttons have also been sticking.. Initially, I was happy to be given a replacement phone but after the third phone, it is becoming quite an issue. When I called last week a lady ...
