I've spoken to 3 different orange customer service people and they have all stated that Best plan at 6 months overides this and as such you can downgrade at 6 months before the 9 months, however i cannot remember if the 9 month downgrade gets removed because of the best plan action. either way after 6 months you can downgrade due to best plan oh and you best ask for it as i am sure their system 'forgets' to do it.

Hi guys, Anyone know what Orange's, or any other network for that matter, stance is on the VAT rate change? Does this mean that my monthly bills will be reduced slightly per month? Thanks

Hi After what seems like a lifetime, my SE W880i on Dolphin 35 is up for renewal. I've been with Orange from the start, but have been increasingly dismayed over the last few phones on their firmware implementations. Are they still at it, and are they any more bearable? I understand that Orange now have the Blackberry Bold back in stock this week after it was withdrawn from sale in october after problems with 3G connections. Does anybody know what version of software the handsets are shipping with and have they sorted the problems out.
