Yes, you should use the mobile.o2.co.uk access point. There is also wap.o2.co.uk but this seems more limited, although not as limited as payandgo.o2.co.uk which PAYG users are...

So I'm thinking of moving back to o2 onto their "Simplicity - SIM only" tariff / Online 20 with the "Unlimited Web Bolt On". Before I switch back though, I need to find out a ...

Having selected the o2 active access point by mistake (I always use the mobile web access point so i can connect to everything with no speed cap) I discovered the new o2 active portal (not that great but...). I can now view any site as normal and use any app eg. Youtube or Fring through this access point. Also my speed went through the roof! I'm getting over 1mb per sec (100k) constantly. This ap...

I've been using my n95 8GB sometimes on my home wireless network though often on O2 postpay WAP. I used a WIFI connection in Hungary recently on WIERA and now every time I try to get on the web on my phone it always to try to use this old wireless point (which it obviously can't find as I'm back in the UK) and then logs out. I've tried everything I can think of. Any help?

I've been testing this for a while now... No matter what time of day or my location i cannot get over 350kb (about 45k) per sec over a 3.5g. I've tried speed tests in Cheltenham, Birmingham, Sheffield and leeds city centres and surrounding villages. It doesnt matter what time of day either. On several occasions i get around 145k. turning Hsdpa off and just using normal 3g helps keep speeds ...
