Since the end of December, my other half and I have both been having network issues with 3. Texts fail with 'Sending failed, retry?' (although sometimes they do go through despite the error message). Calls fail with no error message (dumped back to contacts). She's on an old SE K770i and I've a new SE C905. Both with similar issues. I've just renewd and she's on about 20 months. ...

Hi, Three sent me one of the new Huawei E160G modems. I put a PAYG sim into it topped up and chose the 1GB mobile BB option in My 3. The software for the modem seems to install ok, and it says "Ready to Connect" on the Three modem control panel, but when I click on connect it sits there for a while before saying, "Connect attempt failed, please make sure your settings are correct". I'm on three at the minute and was considering staying with them but when i rang up to change and they wouldn't give me an offer with a phone... I've told them I'm canceling now since I've read a few people getting good offers this way... anyone get a deal without phone recently ?

hi there is any one else out thier suffering from the same problem i am having for some reason the phone keeps sending text messages as multi media messages and starting to cost alot of money so far it as cost me £30.00 in texts!

Has anyone else out there found intermittent web access on 3UK for the last 24 hours? I am in Birmingham (sorry) and use a Nokia 6120 - built in Browser half the time will not connect with Cannot find gateway. Opera mini just does not want to play and Opera Mobile is 50/50. Spoke with Customer support script reader but no help whatsoever he just wanted to clear my builtin browser cache...

Just been looking through the forum to try and find out why I can no longer browse the internet on my phone when it degrades from HSDPA to 2G. Is it really the case that 3 dont allow browsing over 2G anymore? That's really annoying if it is. I live in North Manchester and bought my phone (HTC Touch Pro) back in September. I'm on PAYG and use the £5 per month unlimited mobile browsing ...

I just got the 3 mobile broadband yesterday and its really really slow 20 kB/s or less it seems, the guy in the shop who sold me this said he has it and gets almost 900 kB/s (is it just a lie?). does anyone get anything better on this thing? I get a good speed on my 3 mobile phone internet.... so it cant just be a coverage issue. apparantly I have til sunday to take it back, its ...

Bear with me as normally am switched on !! Purchased an unlocked 3 dongle via ebay after first obviously checking coverage in my area via post code (In Plymouth) Website tells me excellent coverage. Reality means zero coverage no bars no signal. Phone 3 call centre admin 5 times trying to get someone to actually believe what im telling them-the website says excellent coverage etc...
