Although I am on 3 payg, I had received my PAC code within 5 mins today. I had the usual would you like this add on or that add on etc, after saying no to all the questions the csr said ok and just processed the request. It is worth ringing again and asking for your disconnection or PAC code as you will probally get a better response from a different csr to the last one you spoke.

However you still have about 10-15 hours with your gig, and without using sling my monthly usage is close to 10MB.

I don't like the look of the INQ. Would you say the mix and match 300 with the phone I want (nokia 6600) or £20 a month is good? Bearing in mind this is an upgrade so I will be tied in with them for 21 months from now.

Easy way out is to ring again and ask for a PAC code. Do not take no for an answer. As soon as you get the code use it with a PAYG SIM to transfer the number. As soon as the number is transferred your Dad's account will come to an end.

This sounds ridiculous on 3's part. If your dad's fixed term contract has ended and if he does not have any outstanding debts with 3, they simply cannot refuse in such a manner. I would tell that 3 Customer 'Service' agent to shut up and cancel the contract, otherwise you will stop all payments (direct debits etc), and that if they then demand any further payments you will take them to court for harassment and request a...

I can upgrade as I am at month 15. What phone would you advise? Most I want to pay is £20 per month, and I want internet and at least 300 texts. Not sure thats possible. I know theres the INQ but not heard many reviews. 3 offered me the Nokia 6600 Slide for £20 per mth with 300 mix and match texts/mins. What you think of that? No internet though...

Going to Sweden in a couple of weeks, and plan to use my mobile broadband there since it's a 'as home' country. Does anyone know if I will have to activate roaming before going or not? If *not* activating roaming means it'll only work when I am within 3 Sweden's coverage I'll be very happy... I don't want to come back home with a huge bill just because it's flipped over to some other ...

My dad has been on a three contract for about 20 months now and I called three in November asking them to cancel the contract, but the woman said I wasn't allowed to do it because I'm not my dad. I explained to her that my dad didn't speak English well and she said that I can just get him to confirm his details then I can do the rest. I let my dad confirm the details and I asked her to cancel the...

I am due an upgrade on jan 3rd with Three. I have a nokia 6120 paying £15 a month on the texter plan. What FREE handset do you think I could manage to get on the same plan? I really want the N95 but I doubt they will give me that for free on that tariff as it's a £250 phone to buy if taking that tariff, so I would be more than happy with the Nokia 6600 Slide. However again the 6600 is £...
