Hi, It seems that Three are no longer allowing customers to use their handset during the 14 day return period. Hi to all this is my first posting although I have lurked for a while, problem I am having at the minute is I upgraded 3 weeks ago on the phone to 3 retentions on a 12 month contract on making a query today I have been told that it was an 18 month contract which is quiet untrue, what are my option on how to deal with this.
