The only way is to pay the early termination fee or stick it until the ende of month 17 where you can resuest your 30 days notice of disconnection or request a PAC code. Which ever option you do you will be billed until the end of your 18 month contract.

I was happily going about my business and receved a call from 3 customer service offering me an upgrade. I was on the talk n text 900 package with X-Series Silver add-on. This was on he 19th Dec... I was happy enough with the deal they offered me, even offered me an E71 which I quite liked the look of, my only concern was that my internet would be affected. I told the bloke that as I live on the net, that I didn't want anything changing...

Afraid not. However phone 333 and say 'I have a problem with my contract length that I know the ecommerce department can help with. Can I have their number'. There shouldn't be any reason not to give it out.

Hi, This is perhaps a silly question to ask, however, I wouldn't mind leaving Three as soon as possible and felt as though it was worth a shout. I am coming up to the 15 month mark on my 18 month contract in the next few days. I wondered if there was any way in which I could perhaps cancel my contract? I could stick it out, however, I have coped and coped with a contract that has ended up being unable to meet my needs (it did at the time...

getting debt collectors set on them or other associated problems? Wanting to leave them shortly, but worried about a ruined credit rating, hassle and stress, so advice on how to avoid this would be most welcome. I've read all the other threads about having debt collection companies set on you, so want to know how to avoid this! Thank you.

Ok, I have problems as a 3 customer - for 2 months but they have been flexible when I started the following - (I learned the hard way) 1. Record your phone calls, always, tell who you're talking to in 3 that you're recording them - gets some results 2. Make a list of what was said when you finish the call and who you were talking to. Note the time and the date. State during the call that you...

OK, not sure if this is the right section. Anyway, phoned 3 on the 8th December to cancel the wife's upgrade to the INQ phone/contract. She just didn't like it. Anyway, they said they'd send a pre-paid bag out within 3-5 days. Nothing arrived by Monday (5 working days) so phoned up, and told not to worry, wait another 2 days. Nothing's arrived again in today's mail, so will be ...
