Hey guys, I must say I have learned so much from Buzz'
Web Design Bundle. One quirk came to mind, however, after watching the videos where they "slice" the web layout... How do you slice more trivial web layouts, where each area of the web page isn't perfectly rectangular or squarish, or when images overlap into other sections of the page. As an example, the bottom layouts.

A friend of mine runs a
Web development company and is looking to hire some freelance workers through his Facebook business portfolio. The company is Dieselshack Communications for those of you on Facebook. His main site is www.dieselshack.com (but it appears he's currently revamping things.) Here's his post for those interested! ================================================== ...

Dreamweaver is the devil! How about this. Take an html page that has a form in it. Now take another page that has the exact same form (same inputs, input names etc), but with different formatting. Now paste the second form into the first html page. Dreamweaver decides to 'help' you by
renaming all the form inputs so there are no duplicates; even though you were going to delete the unformatted ...

Yeah, I said I thought it was straight forward. Had no idea I'd be blowing people's mind with "Post". Post, btw, was the contact. Post = mail? Also, using the standard Profile (that's what Self is) and Contact makes for very boring, even buttons and hurts the visuals. Hence why I went with other words. And besides, the standard words seemed directly opposing the fanciful look I was going for.

This is a project I am currently
undertaking and which has been through many hours in designing through various ideas. This is the home page. As you can see there will be many pages created in for this website and will have to make sure that everything works properly as it should. I think I have included everything of what will be included in the site. I have chosen to use a fixed ...

I'm finally getting up a website of my own, but my web design friend says my address is awkward. I can see her opinion but I really like my address as it is. So, what does the Buzz population say about www.dreaminginblue.com? Yes?
No? Nothing is up yet so don't bother clicking. This is an example of what the site will look like, though.

Apart from re-iterating what Mr_charisma said already that you should never use @'s unless absolutely necessary during development as it hides errors to be confined to your log files. I would also like to point out this is the wrong forum for this question, it would have been picked up (much?) faster in the
Web Programming forum where it should reside.
