Those would fit but they would 'stick out' .25" + 23mm = 1.15" farther than stock. Since the stock rims are tucked a good half inch inside the fenders, it'll only really extend maybe ~3/4" outside the fender depending on your camber.

I'm by no means a brake expert but after some research, the Carbotech Bobcat's are a great street/strip pad that still operate well at low temperatures with little dusting. The coefficient of friction per supercar engineering's website is greater than many other street/strip pads such as axxis and others. They are around $120 USD though.

I'd say Saleen replicas. I'm a little biased lol. I think you'd need spacers to clear 2g brakes.

Yes they will fit get the Black 18x8.0 PCD 5x114.3 (5x4.5) ET 35 with some 245/40/18 tires. Also we can't just get bigger rotors you need a whole big brake kit or BBK for short or a TT brake conversion.

we havent had them on a 3/s yet, but we ran megans on the shop evo last
year, and have D2's this year, and they are definitely a nice peice, a
little lighter, and have a few more options, however if you want a real
baller coilover grab a set of KW's very nice coilovers.

I'm sure you would get the best results grom the 18 inch.
Also go after anti- sway bars.

I've got a set of TSW Vortex Wheels that are near perfect. Ran them on a 1st gen TT in the summers. Had quite a bit a clearance. I'd think they'd fit the 2nd gen calipers too. Pics here

You probably wont see a discernible difference in the drop from pictures. Intrax just lowers the car about a 1/2 lower than Tiens.
The ECS cars drop to gap even with the front in the rear. My 99 doesn't have ECS so it rides higher for whatever reason. probably to offset all that down force the wing creates
Only side pic i have currently of my car.

The issue sounds more like its with your frame being tweaked or bent. That needs fixed before you go any further.

An improper bleeding of the brakes won't make them lock up, ever. There is
something else going on. Is it just one brake? I would trouble shoot this
by waiting until the next lock up and see if by releasing the line pressure
they release. That way you can seperate the caliper from the hydraulic
system entirely and not wonder if it's the master or caliper.
