The second picture is definitely a spyder. The spyder interior is the same up front, though. Twin-Turbo, do you mean switch out the gauges above the controls for the stereo, a/c and heater, etc?

Yeah remove the door panel: Stealth 316 Home On the back, you will see alot of metal tabs bent over to secure that panel you're talking about. Use a flathead screwdriver to get under them enough to bend them straight-ish. Once they're all straight it can be pulled off from the door panel. For the door handle.Use prepsol or alcohol wipe the surface first. Use three layer of adhesion promoter. Make your using paint that is good for plastic and that would adhere to it. For the steering wheel you might try using a vinyl dye or paint.
