well, she's a general manager of a slot franchise, i figured she knows what she's talking about... apparently there are different ways to rig them... the first and the simplest one, which 100% of the machines have is the decreased chance of winning combos... another more complicated, yet more devious one is to set a certain time frame for a machine to give out more winning at a certain time, and then switch to give less...

My all time favorite story is when one of my coworkers calls me and says "I can't open the Word document you emailed me." After 15 minutes of trying to talk them through it over the phone I walk across the department and immediately notice the solution. Trying to stay as calm and polite as possible I had to explain that you can not open a Word document in Excel. Fucking idiots...
