LaPorta did not look so hot in the Olympics. I think I did hear that he was doing well in the winter leagues. Not sure what they will do with him. I definitely do not expect to see him make a start until middle of the year. I think he was AA when he was with the Brewers, but then moved up when he was with the Indians. Yea, it's Peavy, they are also close to dealing Marquis to the Rockies for Vizcaino, there's a swap of junk. Looking to dump salary so they can sign Milton Bradley. You guys got my 2 Favorite Players in Wood and DeRosa, I would be stoked about both. I hope you guys roll over the White Sox this year. Is there talk about the prospect they got for C.C from the Brewers starting this year? Go Tribe!

I am actually glad that Hoffman went to the Brewers as well, being an NL Central fan it is nice to see someone go to somebody besides the Yankees or Red Sox.

Trevor Hoffman is reportedly going to sign with the Milwaukee Brewers. Surprised? I know I am. I am really happy about it though. I think that he is going to be pleasantly surprised about this club, the atmosphere the fans create, and so much more. Welcome to Milwaukee!

Baseball players should get the least $ of the major sports, they don't even sweat. When they are in the dugout or bullpen all they do is F around most of the time. Baseball is a great game, but the salaries tarnish the game. Texiera joins the Yanks who now have the 4 highest paid players in the game.
