I wasn't aware i needed to be exact specific, i thought most (that are not service people) would understand better the way i described it. every Turbo i have seen fail, was due to Oil.

I managed to get to the dealer Ron Carter. The norm shade tree mechanics fix was lithium grease packing. That was a fix but only 20 to 30K miles. Ron Carter's mechanics had seen this much more and GM advised a Nickle yoke on both ends to be installed plus re-packing. I don't really know why nickle, but under warranty that the fix at the moment and trust it for now. Never had any vehicle ever with near 40 years of driving one....

6.0 diesel exhaust question.
Published (2009-12-08 11:37:00)
Yup the stock 6.0 air filter can support up to 500hp. Many guys dont get near that with our trucks. I have a strait pipe on my 6.0 it didn't add any seat of my pants performance. But it sounds mean as H311. If you want improved mileage, YOu should go with the SCT Xcal 3 with custom writen tunes. Their are several places you can get them at ranging from 400-600 bucks. Add HP/TQ and fuel mileage.

called ron carter servicce dept, it is a common problem injectors go out dump fuel into engine, hard start, fuel leak , they changed in 05 to injectors that wasn't in the valve cover so that it doesn't dump fuel into engine

Yes, there are plenty that have done it...just remember you should open up the intake also with a better flowing filter. You can use the Walker Big Truck muffler, the Magnaflow muffler, etc. There are many options, it just depends on if you want to go economical, quiet, etc.

Are you sure it is the seat and not the suspension? A 1996 F-350 is going to have a much stiffer ride than a 2004 F-250.

I have pulled both windows and roof vent and re taped them with butyl tape with success, I would not use anything else.It works from the factory. Just take care you don't get too rough and strip the holes out. If you do, get the next size screw and put some np-1 sealant and put it on the screw threads. Also on the windows, put a small bead of silicon on the top lip (screw flange) to prevent ...

Have you tried any other setting on the programmer. I have a dodge 2500 and some times you need to reprogram it and also try a different setting to see if it is doing the same thing. I have mine stacked with an edge ez and it is hell on wheels if I can keep the torque converter from slipping.
