I have a mini late 2006, with an ATA/ATAPI optical drive, which went broken.
The matter is that I cannot find where to buy a new ATA optical drive which can work with my mini.

live in Europe (Italy).
Can you suggest some ATA optical drives which work out of the box with Snow Leopard?
