Believe it or not, the local police here (unofficially) are advocates of loud pipes and feel in their experiences that they will call to the cagers attention. "potato, potato" >>>>>>

LOL... the choppers we built in the 70's and 80's..... gotta love em......remember the racical shit like panheads with no gas tank and a mini keg on the rear fender for the fuel..... or the throttle grips that were only 2" long so no-one would ask to borrow your ride??? or how bout all the FLH tins and mufflers I used to have to smash with a sledgehammer flattened for my father so there would be more room in the dumpster...

I subscribe to the theory that louder than stock pipes + defensive driving saves lives. Moreso the latter. There have been times were I was riding on the freeway with stock exhaust right next to some cager and she didn't even know I was there as she tried to overtake my lane. I'm against obnoxiously loud pipes but a nice rumble does the trick.

very good points... My GPS links to my phone via BT, and plays MP3s. 1) You may not know this, but the keeping your phone in the GPS mode sucks battery life very quickly. I have a Palm Pre and have the option of carrying extra batteries and or installing an extended life battery if I choose. The iPhone folks are stuck w/the internal battery. 2)So now you will need some way of charging your ...

Revo Cafe Racer Perhaps this has been posted before, I never saw it if it was. If it has, well then here it is again. I think they missed the mark slightly in a few areas to suit my personal taste, but I think it's pretty bad ass none the less. If I had an R I'd be in the garage with a bandsaw right now! http://thekneeslider....

I purchased these recently after trying several types, including the golf clubs. I really like these and the field of view is good. Quality is great as well and shipping is fast. I've bought several things from Debrix. They seem to have a large selection. http://www.debrix.com/Sharp-Cateye-M.../46-221-mw. htm
