While doing my leakdown test I had moisture on my valves too. The moisture was sitting on the valve tops. A lot less then yours. Clear in color. The plenum was clean. Even with the bike cold the plenum was holding moisture in it. It just dripped all over the bike. I am wondering when the bike shuts down that condensation sets up in the plenum and the water then drips down into the intake. Do you not sit on the bike and move it before you start...

Just sold my turbo now I have to buy a cover. Sucks

BeelzeKnut, thank you but I don't think that is my solution. I want it all the time and without turbo hanging outside. So bigger cc seems like my way. I like to "bump" my own question below again. Is there any benefit to upgrading the stock Garrett waste gate on a Trask system to a Tial unit ? Is so what would the application be to do this ( ie part number or way to indentify the correct piece) ? Thanks
