I havent been right back through the thread to check any of this, but this is my understanding.
The car is an interesting one, if only for the variations of its number.
In 1971 I have it being campaigned by Ikuzawa (as 69-71-1), then in the Torneio by Ronald Rossi (69-7169/1F2) and
François Migault (71-69/1-F2). My records say it then went to Japan for Urashibara, but Id be happy to ...

And more on 722-29: Autosport 30 Aug 1979 p47 says of the March 722 of
Peter Riley (Liverpool) that he "took delivery of the ex-John Calvert
Formula Atlantic March from John Kitching and has been very successful in

Further to my post yesterday, I believe the caption in the book mentioned
is incorrect. I recently did a comprehensive research effort for Graeme
Browne the current owner of FJ - 3 - 62 based entirely on published
material that is around. Entries to my competition summary for the project
lead me to believe the year was actually 1962 and that it was indeed Gavin
Youl's works car that Denny was ...

Harry and I have exchanged email messages in the past, and I believe the
car I have sitting here in my garage is B20-72-3. I called Fred Opert about
it, but he was less than talkative (probably has too many people calling
him about old cars). This car is the one with the brass tag on the top of
the roll loop that lists a number of "72FB14." It also has the ugly 1970's
air brushed
paint scheme ...
